Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Ensure smooth assembly operations with optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
Implement and monitor quality control systems to minimize defects, rework, and warranty claims.
Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives across the plant.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor personnel.
Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including production output, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and factory regulations.




Manage incoming material quality and coordinate with suppliers on corrective actions for quality issues.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action programs for production and quality concerns.
Support current product introductions, process improvements, and capacity expansion projects.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Work Location: Chennai (In Person)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
