Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective patients generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Explain the clinic's skin, hair, and aesthetic treatment services.
Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate consultation appointments.
Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and specialists.
Follow up with leads to maximize consultation conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and appointment status in the CRM.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Build long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development.
Experience in healthcare, skincare, cosmetology, wellness, or aesthetics is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
