Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
Work Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in luxury or premium residential projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
- Good understanding of the residential sales lifecycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and sales closure.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful sales.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
