Supporting Actions

Safety & Workplace Management

1) 0'Fatality, LTIFR less than 0.25, LTISR less than 75, .TRIFR : Less than 0.70.

2) Behaviour Based Safety Observation - 06 per employee per month (03 Scheduled + 03 Non-Scheduled), including MG + LMS all team members.

3) Capturing of Potential Incident (Enablon entry) for Company Workman : 05 Nos /month.

4) Tracking of Daily safety observaitons (DSOR).

5) Safety training - 24 hrs. per year as per TNI, for all team members.

6) 100% PTW complaince & 100% tab utilization for PTW.

7) Near miss reporting.

Daily Work Management

1) Kaizen Per Employee (KPE) - 1 per month.

2) Safety training to be provided to all contractual manpower.

3) Effectiveness of CFT culture ( DMT) in department.

5) 5S Panchakarma : TG house area Visual display of equipment specification, common board for safety and awareness.

6) Assist in FI/PI projects-01 nos/year

7) Awareness training to be done - of AGB values & Policy / Corporate safety & sustainability guidelines.

8) Tracking of ALERT Behaviors - Daily safety observation tracking and compliance etc.





Asset Care & Equipment Reliability

Maintain daily Historical data of equipment for analysis

. Follow up for preventive maintenance with service team for avoid unpredictable breakdowns , fill up shift log readings , abnormalities

ensure the all equipment running effective. Monitoring and controlling of operational parameter. Ensure all job comply in shutdown.

1) Achieve specific water consumption as per P&B;

2) Specific coal consumption as per P&B;

3) Shutdown job list prepare.

Process Care & Quality

Monitor & control process parameters to ensure smooth operations and undertake immediate corrective action in case of any deviation. . Keep Cost of production within budget by following measures: Monitor and explore opportunities to bring down variable cost. . Drive the culture of structured problem solving by ensuring implementation of FI, Just Do It, and any other project which is derived from chronic issues.
