Senior Designer — Fulcrum Concepts Pune, Maharashtra · Full Time · On Site We are a twenty-year-old interior design practice based in Pune — and we are growing. Fulcrum Concepts has designed over fifty homes across India, from complete civil overhauls to luxury apartment makeovers, and we are looking for a Senior Designer who is ready to own projects from brief to handover. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a screen and render. This is a role for someone who loves the full journey — the client conversation, the site chaos, the material decisions, the moment a space comes together exactly as it was imagined. What you will do Lead design projects end to end — from initial client brief through concept, execution and handover Manage client relationships with confidence, warmth and clarity at every stage Oversee site execution — coordinating contractors, vendors and timelines to ensure delivery as designed Develop space plans, mood boards, material selections and working drawings Work closely with Pallavi Arora and the Fulcrum team on projects across residential and commercial categories Contribute to the design and creative direction of the practice What we are looking for1–2 years minimum of hands-on interior design experience — designing,
