We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Visa Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first setting and brings solid knowledge of visa and immigration processes to the table. Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients
- Guide clients through document verification, application completion, appointment scheduling & follow-ups
- Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to detailed client inquiries
- Stay current on visa regulations, embassy updates & immigration legislation changes
- Take full ownership of assigned cases and keep clients updated at every stage
- Experience and skills:
- Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field
- 1–3 years in visa application processing
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent written & verbal English communication
