The Procurement Coordinator – Contracts Management supports global procurement operations by managing contract repositories, maintaining procurement data, coordinating supplier and stakeholder activities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and processes.
This role works independently to administer procurement systems, coordinate contract documentation, support sourcing initiatives, and drive process improvements through automation and analytics.
The position partners with global sourcing, legal, finance, compliance, supplier quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient contract management while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain contract repositories using procurement platforms such as Ivalua and other enterprise systems while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive supplier agreements and documentation.
Coordinate contract lifecycle activities, including document collection, review, approvals, execution support, closure, and record retention.
Proactively engage suppliers to maintain accurate supplier master data, obtain required documentation, and enable supplier participation in procurement systems.
Coordinate procurement documentation and support sourcing events, supplier onboarding, and contract administration activities.
Partner with sourcing, finance, legal, compliance, supplier quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement processes.
Monitor procurement activities and manage work queues to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), deadlines, and escalation procedures.
Support supplier invoice and payment issue resolution by collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Maintain data integrity across procurement systems by validating, updating, and governing procurement information.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable procurement insights and support data-driven decision making.
Build scalable automation and low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies to improve procurement efficiency.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
Support supplier quality initiatives by coordinating activities between suppliers, category teams, and supplier quality engineers.
Participate in cross-functional projects and change management initiatives to successfully implement new processes, tools, and system enhancements.
Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures across procurement teams.
Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) awareness activities while supporting organizational compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements that improve quality, delivery, cost, and operational efficiency.
Perform additional procurement and contract management responsibilities as assigned.

Experience
Typically requires 4+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, supply chain operations, or Source-to-Pay processes.
Experience managing procurement and contract data within enterprise procurement platforms.
Hands-on experience creating dashboards, reports, and business insights using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Experience developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or other low-code/no-code technologies.
Strong experience using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel for advanced data analysis.
Experience collaborating with global sourcing, finance, legal, compliance, and supplier management teams.
Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ivalua, Oracle, SAP, or Ariba preferred.
Experience supporting global procurement operations and working across multiple time zones is desirable.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
High school diploma or equivalent may be considered where applicable experience meets regulatory requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to obtain export control or sanctions-related authorization where required.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
