We’re looking for:

Talented professionals with a strong design sensibility and a detailed understanding of architectural workflows — from conceptual design and working drawings to project execution and site coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, precise, and able to work independently or lead teams, depending on seniority. A passion for quality and a sharp eye for design detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine architectural concepts, presentation drawings, and detailed working drawings
- Participate in all project phases — from design development to execution
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality,



and adherence to design
- Support or lead project documentation, client communications, and approvals based on experience level
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction technologies to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

Fresher / Junior Architect

- 0–5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and related tools
- Robust attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior Architect

- 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture ( M. Arch candidates can also apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and visualization tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and execution
