What You’ll O

wn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversi

- on Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other source
- s. Have meaningful, consultative conversations to understand learner needs, interests, and goal
- s. Recommend the right music programs and encourage prospects to visit the centr
- e. Schedule trial classes and centre visits based on teacher availability and batch calendar
- s. Follow up consistently and convert bookings into actual visits and enrolment
- s. Own key funnel metrics such as Lead-to-Booking % and Booking-to-Visit

- ng Welcome learners and parents visiting the centr
- e. Understand their requirements, availability, and course preference
- s. Guide them towards the most suitable program and batc
- h. Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Head to ensure a smooth onboarding experienc
