Shikha Network Alliance is a whole-school transformation initiative that partners with schools to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, teacher development, academic leadership, and technology. By building a network of high-performing schools, we aim to improve learning outcomes at scale and lay the foundation for an independent Board of Education in India.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Lead the growth of the Shikha Network Alliance by defining strategy, building scalable systems, and driving long-term expansion.

Partnership Development

Build and strengthen partnerships with schools,



education leaders, and key stakeholders to expand the Alliance.

Programme Delivery

Ensure successful implementation of the Shikha transformation model while driving quality, school improvement, and certification.

Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration across academic, technology, operations, and impact functions.

Performance & Impact

Use data and evidence to measure impact, strengthen programme quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Governance & Operations

Strengthen governance, operational processes, compliance, and resource planning to ensure sustainable programme delivery.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10–15 years of leadership experience in education, school improvement, programme management, or related sectors.

Education: Master's degree in Education, Management, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expertise: Strong understanding of school systems, curriculum, pedagogy, educational leadership, and programme implementation.

Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Mindset: Mission-driven, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and passionate about transforming education.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly and engage with partner schools across locations.
