What would you do? To oversee and implement effective project planning, risk assessment, cost management, and scheduling activities for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with utility standards and regulations.

What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engg

- Degree or certification in Project Management / Risk Management / Cost Control (preferred).
- Project risk analysis and mitigation planning
- Cost estimation and variance analysis
- Scheduling and critical path analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CEA, CERC, state utilities)




- Data-driven reporting and analytics
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Enough experience in power utility / EPC / transmission & distribution / generation projects.
- Strong exposure to project controls, risk assessment, and cost management systems.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel-based cost models.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and define project activities, logic links, milestones, and dependencies.
- Establish project baselines and manage schedule updates, revisions, and re-baselining processes.
- Monitor project progress, critical path activities, and milestone achievement.
- Conduct schedule health checks, variance analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
- Support resource loading, forecasting, and productivity monitoring.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive project performance reports and dashboards.
- Develop and analyse S-curves, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, CPI, and SPI.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to obtain schedule inputs and progress updates.
- Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support governance reviews, stage-gate approvals, and change control processes.
- Maintain project controls documentation, planning procedures, and planning standards
