As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled.
The position demands continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired results within defined timelines and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of program and project lifecycle management principles and best practices.
- Experience in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and manage resources.
- Ability to analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
