About the Role
Katyayani Organics is one of India's fastest growing agri-input companies, serving farmers and retailers across the country with crop protection, crop nutrition and seeds. Our sales engine runs on a high-energy tele-sales floor in Bhopal, and we are looking for a Floor Manager to own it.
This is an office-based leadership role. You will run the daily operations of a team of tele-sales executives and agri advisors: driving call volumes and conversions, coaching people on the floor, managing shift discipline, and turning targets into daily execution.
What You Will Do
- Own the daily revenue, call volume and conversion targets of the tele-sales floor
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of 20+ tele-sales executives; run daily huddles, live call audits and one-on-one feedback
- Track performance on CRM and dialer dashboards; publish daily MIS to management
- Manage staffing, attendance, shrinkage and attrition on the floor
- Design and run incentive plans,
contests and training refreshers with HR and L&D;
- Work with product and agronomy teams so the floor sells the right solution for the right crop and season
- Escalate and resolve customer issues that reach the floor
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years in tele-sales or inside sales, with at least 2 years managing a sales floor or team of 15 or more
- Experience in agri inputs (agrochemicals, seeds, fertilizers) or selling to farmers/rural customers strongly preferred; B. Sc/M. Sc Agriculture or MBA Agribusiness is a plus
- Hands-on with CRM, dialers and Excel/Sheets based reporting
- Fluent Hindi is a must; comfortable talking numbers every single day
- Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate (this is not a field or remote role)
