Indi Go is looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Technical Officer - Quality Assurance & Technical Services (QA&TS;) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and compliance of our aircraft modification documentation and maintenance processes.
If you have a mandatory AME Diploma, a robust background in aviation, and meticulous organizational skills, you'll play a key role in supporting our fleet's airworthiness and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site visits to review and verify ATR/AIRBUS/EASA/FAA/DGCA MAN MODS Documents.
- Manage AMOS administration related to Mod documents and DGCA Man Mods.
- Responsible for the preparation of MCM Agenda.
- Prepare Man Mod Status reports for the Induction of New Aircraft and ensure their timely submission to DGCA.
- Handle AMOS assignments for the Induction of New Aircraft.
- Prepare a Summary of Minor Repairs (beyond SRM) for subsequent submission to DGCA (ESR).
- Monitor and update the RDAS Monitoring Sheet for the entire Indi Go Fleet to track regulatory compliance and data.
- Responsible for the preparation of Mod C-check packages.
- Prepare the Mod-list for Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC).
- Perform work order scrutiny of ATR MOD work orders and coordinate with AMEs (Aircraft Maintenance Engineers)
for any necessary corrections.
- Prepare Listings (AD/SB/OCCM) and the Re-Delivery Bible for Lease Return of Aircraft.
- Review and prepare Weight Schedules for the Induction and Re-weighing of aircraft, ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor and review Production documents such as Weighing Reports, EELC (Equipment Electrical Load Chart), and LOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodation) for any changes and correctness.
- Post-completion of C-checks, review MOD documents and coordinate with on-site representatives for corrections if required.
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with safety responsibilities and accountabilities as outlined in the Indi Go SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Behavioral Competencies: Possess a collaborative approach, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, exhibit commercial awareness, and have strong time management abilities.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:AME Diploma (Mandatory).
- Academic Scores: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Work Experience:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
- If your last employer was an unscheduled airline, 5-6 years of experience is required.
