Required education and certifications critical for the role:
- Degree or academic background in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or a related discipline, with an interest in human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting.
- Or a degree or formal academic background in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, with an interest in applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a business context.
Work Experience:
- Open to smart freshers with a solutioning mindset and exposure to AI-enabled tools.

Position Overview
Aon Talent Solutions helps organizations across EMEA make better workforce decisions through market-leading human capital advisory, rewards, talent, assessment, and workforce analytics solutions. The Innovation and Solutions Analyst is an entry-level role designed to build foundational capability in advisory support, research operations, document production, data hygiene, and AI-assisted work enablement.
The role will support higher-level colleagues in creating structured outputs, maintaining templates, organizing information, and contributing to innovation and solutioning workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support research, data gathering, document preparation, and content organization for advisory and innovation workstreams.
- Assist in maintaining templates, prompt libraries, trackers, knowledge repositories, and reusable delivery assets.
- Organize source materials, meeting notes, market references, client inputs, and internal content into clear working documents.
- Prepare initial drafts of summaries, tables, slides, checklists, and research notes for review by senior colleagues.
- Conduct basic data checks, formatting, tagging, file management, and quality review to support delivery accuracy.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools, Copilot, and approved AI-enabled tools to support summarization, drafting, formatting, and information organization.
- Coordinate simple administrative and operational tasks across innovation initiatives,
including tracking actions and consolidating inputs.
- Demonstrate discipline in confidentiality, version control, documentation standards, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Learn advisory concepts, workforce trends, analytics basics, AI tooling, and consulting delivery standards through hands-on work and structured coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Position is open to candidates without prior experience.
- Previous client exposure through internships, academic projects, or work experience is preferred but not required, as the role will gradually gain exposure to client engagements under guidance.
- Degree or academic background in artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, technology, or a related discipline, with an interest in human capital advisory, workforce analytics, talent, rewards, HR solutioning, or consulting.
- Or a degree or formal academic background in human resources, organizational psychology, business, talent management, rewards, or a recognized HR programme, with an interest in applying AI, analytics, automation, or digital tools in a business context.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advisory, analytics, and AI-enabled delivery methods.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage assigned tasks, deadlines, files, and documentation with guidance.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity in AI-enabled tools, research, data analysis, human capital advisory, and business transformation.
- Collaborative working style with openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
