Media Search Group is looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and business development, possess strong communication skills, and have a creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, Linked In, and other communication platforms.
- Present company services to clients in a compelling and professional manner.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and revenue.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Key Skills Required
- Strong Communication Skills β Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills β Ability to convince and convert prospects.
- Creative Thinking β Ability to approach challenges with innovative ideas.
- Basic understanding of Business Development and Digital Marketing concepts is preferred.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1β2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales , preferably in a digital marketing or IT company.
- Candidates with experience in selling SEO, SMO, PPC, Website Development, or other digital marketing services will be preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
