- Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Service Now and its implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, timelines, risks and deliverables
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ownership, leadership and delivery mindset
