Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Retention:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to increase sales and lifetime value.
- Design and implement customer retention strategies and programs.
- Manage customer segmentation and set KPIs for retention activities.

Sales Planning & Performance Management:

- Develop, optimize, and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the sales team.
- Assist in forecasts, KPI reporting, and strategic planning for management.
- Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at all stages.

Order & CRM Management:

- Handle sales order processing in SFDC, including PO preparation and dispatch coordination.
- Share proforma invoices and track payments, including follow-ups and PCR entries.
- Manage customer B2B portal access for POs, delivery schedules, and payment advice.

Coordination & Operations:





- Coordinate with plant teams for material status, advance planning, and stock management.
- Resolve delivery, quality, and complaint-related issues; generate cases and credit notes as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination for repeat orders, price revisions, and new developments.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare and maintain regular business KPI reports.
- Track and measure customer communication programs and their impact.
- Analyze geography- and industry-specific trends to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management:

- Effectively communicate product value through presentations and proposals.
- Conduct daily planning of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and profile data for actionable insights.
