This profile is responsible for Blown Film Extrusion machine operations for our new product basket which is Biodegradable / Compostable packaging like Carry bags, Shopping Bags, Trash Bags, Pouches, Film, etc made of natural polymer like PLA, PBAT, Biobased Compounds, PBS, PHA, etc.
This type of resin is having the same properties as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, etc but are natural-based polymer. The product is Workplace Friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in mono layer and 3-layer blown film extrusion machine
- Good knowledge of machine troubleshooting
- Maintaining of daily production and wastage
- Control in wastage
- Run machine as per capacity specified and improve further. To apply you need to have:
- Worked in mono layer and 3-layer machine
- Ability to handle 2 machines at a time
