Missions/Main Duties:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Client Engagement: Handling calls with a polite and pleasant tone, effectively communicating the benefits of Jiva Ayurveda's offerings.
- Sales & Convincing: Utilizing excellent communication and convincing skills to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively within a team setting to contribute to overall sales goals.
- Patient Care: Demonstrating empathy and a caring approach towards patients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Administrative Support:



Managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills, including maintaining records and using essential software.

Profile/Skills:

- Previous experience handling calls and working in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preferably, experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A polite, pleasant tone with a positive attitude.
- Empathy and a caring approach toward patients.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and virtual meeting tools.
