This role at JIVA AYURVEDA is for an MRC/Travelling Doctor who will primarily handle tele and video consultations, focusing on increasing patient relief, especially in non-relief cases. This position requires robust communication skills in Hindi and English, a confident approach to consultations, and a willingness to travel to clinics across India as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation Management: Handle tele and video consultations, focusing on non-relief cases to increase patient relief.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of consultations provided to patients adheres to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as designated by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in core Ayurveda practices.
- Must have good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Must be confident in giving quality consultations.
- Must be open to travel pan-India to clinics in need.
