Job Description

- Lead large-scale cloud and Dev Ops programs with a strong focus on automation, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, with an emphasis on automation-first and self-healing infrastructure.
- Drive the development of reusable automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management.
- Champion the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or equivalent tools.
- Establish organization-wide Dev Ops practices, Git Ops models, and CI/CD governance strategies.
- Oversee delivery of multiple, concurrent enterprise programs across distributed teams.
- Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectivesrevenue, utilization, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Implement Agile, Dev Ops, and lean methodologies to enhance delivery velocity and reduce time-to-market.
- Act as the senior point of contact for global clients, understanding business requirements and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through transparency, strategic guidance, and consistent delivery performance.
- Travel internationally for key stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and business development engagements.
- Manage and mentor senior engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and technical upskilling initiatives.




- Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Cloud, Dev Ops, Agile, and Automation.
- Collaborate with leadership to support customer acquisition strategies and service line expansion.
- Guide R&D; and innovation initiatives, including intellectual property development and emerging technology exploration (e.g., AI/ML-based automation).
- Work closely with HR, L&D;, IT, Infrastructure, and R&D; teams to support delivery readiness and organizational growth.
- Align technology integration efforts with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 20 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing large engineering organizations.
- Deep expertise in developing automation frameworks and tools using Python, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation services, and security compliance.
- Proven experience with advanced CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, including quality gates and governance models.
- Mastery of Linux, networking, and shell scripting for operational automation.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on automation and infrastructure.
- Exposure to AI/ML-based automation and predictive analytics.
- Experience with event-driven architecture, Git Ops tooling, and RPA platforms.
- Background in highly regulated environments such as Healthcare, BFSI, or Industrial Automation.
