Job Description

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BE, B Tech, MCA, MSc).
- 7-10 years of professional experience in software development.
- Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, MVC, JUnit, Selenium, Java Script, SQL, and testing frameworks like Geb/Spock.
- Experience developing scalable web applications with a solid understanding of fundamental design principles.
- Good to have experience with React or Angular, C#/. Net, and web security practices.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
- Familiarity with software configuration management and version control systems.
- Experience or understanding of healthcare IT software is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in agile, small-team environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across different geographic locations.
