We're hiring a Deputy Manager for our upcoming boutique wellness property in Mulshi — an hour from Pune, tucked into the Sahyadri hills, overlooking the lake. Small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food, unhurried service.Pasban — The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands (eighteen destinations across the country).What you'll do- Run the front desk day to day: arrivals, departures, room assignments, upselling and billing- Be the second-in-command of the rooms division and lead the shift in the manager's absence- Own guest relations from pre-arrival to post-departure, including special requests and recovery- Handle reservations coordination, night audit, cashiering and daily reporting on the PMS- Roster, train and supervise the front office team- Work closely with housekeeping,



F&B; and the wellness team so the guest journey stays seamlessWho we're looking for- 4–6 years in front office at a hotel or resort, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, assistant or deputy role- Hands-on with a PMS (IDS, Opera or similar), night audit and daily reports- Experience at a boutique, resort or wellness-led property is a strong plus- Warm, unhurried presence; someone who sets the tone of a stay in the first five minutes- Comfortable relocating to and living in MulshiWhat we offer- Full-time role, based on-site in Mulshi- Accommodation and meals provided on the property- A team that shares the same philosophy about what a hotel should feel like- Direct working relationship with the founder
