WE’RE HIRING – STOCK AUDITOR / INVENTORY AUDITOR Company: Vardhman Electronics Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience Required: 2–3 Years Vardhman Electronics is looking for an experienced Stock Auditor / Inventory Auditor to strengthen our inventory control and audit processes across our retail stores and warehouses. Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular physical stock audits at retail stores and warehouses • Reconcile physical inventory with stock recorded in BUSY ERP • Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock and discrepancies • Investigate reasons behind stock mismatches and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution • Verify stock movement, transfers,



inward/outward entries and inventory records • Prepare detailed stock audit and discrepancy reports • Maintain proper audit documentation and follow-up on unresolved discrepancies • Support management in improving inventory controls and stock accuracy Required Skills & Experience ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Stock Audit / Inventory Audit / Inventory Control ✅ Good working knowledge of BUSY ERP Software ✅ Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel ✅ Comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and reconciliation ✅ Strong numerical and analytical skills ✅ Ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies ✅ Attention to detail and accuracy ✅ Willingness to visit and conduct audits at stores and warehouses Preferred Background Candidates with experience in retail, electronics, consumer durables, distribution or multi-location businesses will be preferred. Role Objective The primary objective of this position is to ensure that physical stock matches system stock , identify discrepancies quickly, investigate their root causes and help maintain strong inventory controls across the organisation.
