SolarSquare | Senior DesignerWe’re looking for a Senior Designer who takes full ownership of design. Someone who can independently drive the visual direction while working closely with a small, fast-moving team.This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to think, create, and execute; while also helping raise the bar for design around you. From billboards to performance ads, everything should feel cohesive, sharp, and unmistakably SolarSquare.Key Responsibilities● Own and evolve SolarSquare’s visual identity across all channels● Design high-impact creatives across formats: print, outdoor, digital, and performance marketing● Ensure consistency in design language across campaigns and platforms● Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts● Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and growth teams to ship work quickly and effectively● Provide thoughtful feedback and direction to improve overall design quality● Bring structure to workflows and help make design output more efficient● Help plan and execute shoots end-to-end: moodboards, styling direction, on-ground supervision, and post-production closure● Take full ownership of projects—from idea to final outputRequirements● Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, outdoor, and digital● Ability to independently own projects and make design decisions● Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color,
