Key Responsibilities :● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.● Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation.● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. '● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations,
and project requirements.● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.● Maintain project documentation and design records.Requirements :Technical Skills :● Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit.● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.● Proficiency in AutoCAD.● Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.Soft Skills :● Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.● Excellent visualization and presentation skills.● Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
