Avenir 3D is a leading 3D animation and rendering studio specializing in real estate visualization, architectural walkthroughs and immersive experiences. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth. This is a full-time in office role located in Delhi, India for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, supporting executive tasks, and offering general administrative assistance. Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel Draft, edit and format presentations,
