AI is an AI-powered Amazon PPC management platform helping sellers scale their advertising profitably. We're growing rapid and building the sales engine to match — this role owns the people and process behind that growth. We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales development function. You'll set targets, coach on pipeline and conversion, refine the outreach playbook, and build the lead generation engine that keeps qualified pipeline flowing. Manage, coach, and hold accountable a small team of BDRs/ SDRs/inside sales reps against weekly activity, pipeline, and conversion targets Own the full lead generation engine — outbound prospecting sequences plus inbound follow-up from free tools, webinars, and lead magnets Build, document, and continuously refine outreach copy, cadences, and qualification criteria based on response and conversion data Maintain clean pipeline and forecast hygiene in the CRM; report performance and trends to leadership Partner with marketing on lead quality, messaging,



and campaign performance to keep the funnel full and well-qualified Set the standard for how Amazon sellers experience SellerMate at first touch 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets ~ Experience managing small sales teams (SDR/inside sales), including coaching, target-setting, and performance management ~ Strong command of sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar) and CRM discipline ~ Experience running or building a lead generation engine end-to-end (outbound + inbound) Familiarity with Amazon selling, eCommerce, or the Amazon Ads ecosystem Background in a startup or early-stage sales team Experience selling to SMB / mid-market eCommerce brands Compensation & Perks Competitive base salary + commission Remote-first, flexible work environment Direct line to leadership — your input shapes how we build the sales motion
