Key Responsibilities● Responsible for 2W Growth PnL for multiple categories for South and West zones.● Manage a Team of DOMs for driving acquisitions at respective cities.● Drive B2C customer acquisition, vehicle deployment and sales execution for rental, retail and partnership business units.● Manage and improve productivity of field sales and operations teams.● Build local partnerships with dealers, channels and fleet operators● Source local small and mid-sized fleet opportunities and coordinate handover to central teams.● Track city performance across acquisition, conversion, utilization, retention and collections support.● Work closely with central teams across operations, service, supply, expansion, analytics,
