About the Role We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator (Social Media) who can help build and strengthen RegisterKaro’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to take complex legal, tax, and compliance topics and turn them into simple, engaging, and shareable content. You will be involved in the complete content lifecycle-from researching and ideating topics to scripting, writing, coordinating production, publishing, and analyzing performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, X, and other relevant platforms. Research industry trends, audience interests, and frequently searched topics to identify content opportunities. Create engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, videos, blogs, articles, explainers, and long-form content. Write compelling scripts and captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos. Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots and, where required, participate in or host short-form videos. Develop content around business registrations, taxation, compliance,



licenses, legal updates, and entrepreneurship. Monitor content performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, leads, and conversions. Conduct regular content reviews and suggest improvements based on performance data. Required Skills & Qualifications ~1–2 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, social media management, or a similar role. ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. ~ Strong ability to simplify technical or complex information into clear and engaging content. ~ Good understanding of social media platforms ~ Experience in writing scripts, captions, blogs, social media posts, and other digital content. ~ Basic working knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools. Good to Have Experience creating content for LegalTech, FinTech, Tax, Compliance, or professional services. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, or similar tools. Hindi proficiency for creating regional/vernacular content. Experience with video shooting, editing, or appearing on camera. Understanding of content marketing and lead-generation strategies.
