This is an Individual Contributor role focused on enterprise sales, new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and expanding AQM's global presence.The ideal candidate should have strong Enterprise IT Services Sales experience across India and international markets, with mandatory GCC sales experience and the ability to engage enterprise customers, build CXO relationships, and drive successful technology service engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales GrowthDrive enterprise sales across India, GCC, USA, Europe, and other international markets.Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Build and manage sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market expansion activities.Own the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.Enterprise Account ManagementDevelop relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Procurement Heads,



and key business stakeholders.Understand customer requirements and position AQM's solutions effectively.Manage strategic accounts and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.Solution SellingSell AQM's technology service offerings, including:Quality Engineering & Software TestingAI-led Testing & AutomationDigital EngineeringCybersecurity ServicesCollaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to create customer-focused solutions and proposals.Sales Execution & Market ExpansionManage sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.Identify market trends and new business opportunities.Represent AQM in customer meetings, industry events, and business forums.Travel domestically and internationally as required.Required Experience & Skills15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales.Mandatory GCC sales experience with a proven track record of selling technology services.Robust experience managing domestic Indian market along with international markets.Experience selling Quality Engineering, Software Testing, AI, Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Digital Transformation services.Proven experience in new customer acquisition and enterprise deal closures.Strong CXO engagement, consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.What We Look ForExperience handling enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.Strong network among enterprise decision-makers across India and international markets.Experience in hunting new logos and expanding strategic accounts.Willingness to travel as required.
