Position: Account Manager – IT StaffingLocation: Bangalore / Gurgaon / HydExperience: 5–10 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: Work from Office – 5 DaysKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing client accounts within the IT Staffing / Contract Staffing business.Drive end-to-end account management, including client relationship management, requirement gathering, delivery coordination and issue resolution.Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.Develop strong relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and Business stakeholders.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.Manage client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Track account performance, revenue, margins, fulfilment and operational metrics.Participate in client meetings, business reviews and negotiations.Support commercial discussions, rate negotiations,
