and documentation• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards• Drive monthly team goals and performance• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks• Monitor client satisfaction, renewals, complaints, and refundsKey KPIs• Red Zone: <30%• Green Zone: >35%• Orange Zone: <10%• Refund requests stopped through counselling/follow-up: 95%• Client satisfaction: 4.5+/5• Client complaints: <3% per monthCompensation₹15,000/month + performance-based incentivesPerformance incentives are linked to parameters such as team renewals, refund management, client outcomes, Google reviews, dashboard/task management, and achievement of team KPIs.Work Mode100% RemoteTrainingA mandatory 1-week training period will be provided after joining, during which skills, work ethics, and performance will be evaluated.
