The organization focuses on reliability, innovation, and strong partnerships with leading brands in the electronics industry.Role Description The Factory Head (Ranjangaon, Pune) is a full-time, hybrid role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met. The role includes planning and monitoring daily production, optimizing resources, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The Factory Head will manage cross-functional teams, drive adherence to regulatory and customer requirements, and collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning,



cost control, and operational excellence. This position is based in Ranjangaon, Pune. The role demands a hands-on approach on the shop floor, strong leadership, and the ability to align factory performance with business objectives.QualificationsProven experience in factory or plant management within Wiring Harness manufacturing or a similar high-volume production environment.Robust skills in production planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency, including familiarity with lean manufacturing or similar methodologies.Ability to manage and develop diverse teams, with skills in people leadership, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.Knowledge of quality management systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to electronics and electrical components.Experience in vendor and client coordination, including understanding customer requirements, audits, and service level expectations.Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including use of SAP or production management systems and basic analytical tools.Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in operations or management are preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site leadership with remote coordination.
