This is a hard requirement — other backgrounds will not be shortlisted.This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Retail Activations, or Event Production environments.Profiles from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, branding agencies, media agencies, or brand-side marketing teams will not be aligned to this role.?Key Responsibilities:Head the Client Servicing department for events, activations, and experiential projects, and define its strategic directionBuild and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships across corporate events, BTL activations,



and mall decor installationsAct as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients on all live eventsLead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals for experiential and event campaignsDrive PAN team engagement, motivation, and alignment with company objectives across events deliveryOwn financial performance, P&L;, and profitability across the events client portfolioPartner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and recent business direction for events and activationsBuild, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team focused on event executionReview post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvementSkills & Competencies:7–10 years of Client Servicing experience within an Events / Experiential / Brand Activation agency (mandatory), including team leadership experienceBachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferredExceptional leadership and strategic planning skillsProven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, and day-to-day efficiency?
