Role : Technology Director HR IT / HCMLocation : BengaluruWork Model : Hybrid 3 Days Work from OfficeShift : 9-hour shift mandatoryLevel : Senior Technology LeadershipAbout the Role : We are looking for an accomplished Technology Director HR IT to lead enterprise-scale HR Technology transformation, modernization, data and GenAI initiatives.This is a senior leadership position within a large Enterprise Functions Technology organization, responsible for defining and executing technology strategy across HR platforms, HCM, people data, digital employee experiences and emerging AI capabilities.The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of HR Technology domain expertise, large-scale technology leadership, enterprise transformation, Data Strategy and GenAI, along with experience managing large and globally distributed technology teams.Critical Screening Criteria : - Substantial and demonstrable experience in HR Technology / HCM (at least 50% of overall career experience).- GenAI exposure is mandatory, including driving or implementing enterprise-level GenAI initiatives.Key Responsibilities : HR Technology Strategy & Transformation : - Define and execute enterprise-level HR Technology and HCM strategy.- Lead modernization and transformation of enterprise HR platforms.- Drive large-scale implementations, upgrades, migrations,



and integrations.- Build actionable technology roadmaps and ensure disciplined execution.- Lead digital transformation through cloud adoption, automation, and data modernization.GenAI, AI & Automation : - Drive adoption and implementation of GenAI across the HR Technology landscape.- Identify opportunities to use GenAI and automation to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.- Ensure appropriate governance, security, and data privacy around AI implementations.Data Strategy & Architecture : - Drive data strategy, architecture, governance, and engineering.- Experience with Data Lakes/Lakehouse platforms and enterprise data integration.Technology & People Leadership : - Manage a large technology organization of 80100+ professionals.- Direct leadership of 78 Senior/Engineering Managers.- Demonstrate executive presence, stakeholder management, and resource management.HR Technology / HCM Domain Expertise : - Deep understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Absence, Compensation & Advantages, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and People Analytics.- Exposure to enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday is highly relevant.
