Arete Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proficient Telecaller to join our recruitment team. If you have excellent English speaking and writing skills, along with proficiency in MS-Excel, we want to hear from you! As a Telecalling (Recruitment) professional, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates and explaining job opportunities.
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in MS-Excel.
4. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Providing feedback to candidates post-interview and guiding them through the recruitment process.
6. Collaborating with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
7. Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 16,000 - 1,00,000 /year
