About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-person meetings with prospective investors, IFAs, and financial advisors to pitch Polemarch's unlisted/pre-IPO share offerings
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking
3. Explain investment products, company fundamentals, and platform processes clearly to non-technical clients
4. Coordinate with the backend/advisory team to close deals and complete onboarding (KYC, documentation)
5. Represent Polemarch at local investor meetups, CA/IFA events, and community gatherings
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status (CRM discipline)
7. Meet monthly targets for client acquisition and transaction volume

Other requirements

1.



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Commerce background preferred but not mandatory)

2. Robust verbal communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi

3. Comfortable with daily field travel within Bengaluru

4. Basic understanding of financial markets/investments (training will be provided)

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-linked incentive structure

6. A 2-wheeler will be provided; a valid driving license is mandatory

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
