Key Responsibilities

- Delivering support to business via e-mail and phone
- Processing items in systems & workflows (SAP, Ariba etc)
- Supporting Procurement Administration department in routine tasks




- Supporting projects (Direct & Indirect procurement)
- Preparing reports

Requirements:

- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
- Previous work experience (Procurement, AP, Supply Chain) or strong background of voluntary activities
- Able to work in MS Office environment, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn recent IT systems (SAP, Ariba etc)
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details
