About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and well-mannered Personal Driver to manage driving requirements along with the complete day-to-day care and maintenance of the vehicle.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Ernakulam and surrounding areas, be comfortable driving premium automatic vehicles, and be capable of independently handling all responsibilities related to the car.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the employer safely and professionally for personal, business, and official travel.
- Have thorough knowledge of Ernakulam, Kochi, and surrounding areas, including major roads, shortcuts, traffic routes, hospitals, hotels, airports, and important locations.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition at all times.
- Handle end-to-end vehicle maintenance, including:
- Regular servicing and scheduled maintenance
- Fueling and cleaning
- Tyre checks and replacement
- Battery maintenance
- Insurance and PUC renewal coordination
- Service centre visits and follow-ups
- Identifying and reporting mechanical issues
- Keep all vehicle documents, service records, and maintenance schedules up to date.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, fuelled, and ready before every trip.
- Handle airport pickups/drop-offs and outstation travel when required.
- Plan routes efficiently and account for traffic and road conditions.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the employer and family.




- Assist with occasional errands and vehicle-related responsibilities as required.
- Follow safe driving practices and comply with all traffic regulations.

Requirements

- Age: 45 years or above.
- Valid Indian driving licence.
- Minimum 10 years of driving experience, preferably as a personal/family/corporate driver.
- Excellent knowledge of Ernakulam and Kochi.
- Experience driving premium automatic cars, preferably BMW, MINI Cooper, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, or similar vehicles.
- Good understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Clean and responsible driving record.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct.
- Punctual, trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible schedule when required.
- Willingness to undertake occasional outstation trips.

Preferred Qualities

- Prior experience working for senior executives, business owners, or high-profile families.
- Ability to independently manage all vehicle-related requirements without constant supervision.
- Good knowledge of authorised service centres, garages, tyre shops, fuel stations, and other automotive services in Ernakulam.
- Calm and courteous behaviour, especially while dealing with traffic and unexpected situations.
