The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership.Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear,



concise program updates.Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.Robust understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale platform or data migrations.Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
