"Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with MEP experience and a strong electrical background to develop, coordinate, and manage accurate 3D building information models. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical system models, ensuring adherence to project standards, and supporting coordination with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural).Develop detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems including:Power distributionLighting systemsCable trays and containmentFire alarm systemsELV systems (CCTV, access control, data)Create and modify models using Revit MEP or similar BIM softwareCoordinate electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, structural,
