Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, and references
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process




- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets

Eligibility:

- Female candidates only
- 2025 & 2026 pass-outs
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
