Job Summary

This role is operationally critical and sits at the core of the university application process in a B2B setup.

You will be responsible for end-to-end application execution, acting as the central coordinator between partners/agents and universities. The focus is on accuracy, timelines, and process discipline this is not a student-facing counseling role.

Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Shortlist relevant universities based on student profiles and partner requirements using internal tools (including AI-based tools) and independent research
- Conduct basic evaluation of student profiles to assess application suitability
- Coordinate with partners/agents to collect complete and accurate documentation
- Understand and manage university-specific requirements, deadlines, and application processes
- Submit applications on university portals/official channels with high accuracy
- Maintain real-time tracking of application status across all cases
- Drive timely follow-ups with:
- Partners (for documents and inputs)
- Universities (for application updates, clarifications, and decisions)

- Ensure zero/near-zero errors in application submissions and documentation
- Maintain strict adherence to timelines and process workflows




- Attend university webinars/training sessions and document key updates and insights
- Efficiently manage multiple applications/cases in parallel without quality drop

Core Skills & Competencies

- Working knowledge of the study abroad application process
- Familiarity with:
- Admission requirements
- Documentation (SOP, LORs, transcripts, etc.)
- Application timelines and cycles
- University portals

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written communication for professional interactions
- High attention to detail and process accuracy
- Ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Robust time management and multitasking ability
- High ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6-12 months of relevant experience in:
- Study abroad operations
- Application processing
- Backend operations in a similar domain

- Comfortable with repetitive, execution-heavy work
- Strong follow-up mindset and ability to drive closures
- Ability to handle multiple cases without losing track
- Willing to work from the office (Hyderabad)
