ROLE: Guidewire Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Guidewire applications while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications.
- Configure Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter based on business requirements.
- Develop Guidewire components using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Business Rules, Workflows, and Batch Processes.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Messaging,



and Guidewire Integration Framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop unit tests and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
- Support application deployments and production releases.
