Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions across AP Region.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Should be able to do frequent branch visits in AP Region by managing end to end life cycle.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.

- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
- Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs.
- Lead succession planning and talent review processes.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, advantages, L&D;).
