Key Responsibilities:

- Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes.
- Ensure correct IPDRG assignment in accordance with coding guidelines.
- Maintain high coding quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
- Perform coding audits, identify documentation gaps,



and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding queries and ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory changes. These responsibilities align with common expectations for IPDRG coding, QA, and supervisory roles.

Candidate Requirements:

- Relevant experience based on the role applied for.
- Strong knowledge of IPDRG methodology, ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and inpatient coding standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring coding accuracy.
