Job Description: EAI - Network Inventory Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced EAI - Network Inventory Management Professional with 5-10 years of experience in telecom/network inventory systems, integration technologies, and enterprise application integration. The candidate will be responsible for managing network inventory platforms, integrating network systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting network lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Network Inventory Management applications and platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain EAI integrations between OSS/BSS, inventory, and network management systems.
- Ensure accurate network asset and resource inventory across multiple domains.
- Develop APIs, web services, and middleware integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with network engineering, operations, and business teams.




- Monitor application performance and implement process improvements.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Network Inventory Management systems.
- Experience in EAI technologies, Middleware, and System Integrations.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS environments.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON.
- Experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of telecom network concepts (IP, Transport, Access, Fiber, Wireless).
- Familiarity with integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM Integration Bus, WebMethods, or similar.
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments.

Preferred Skills

- Telecom domain experience.
- ITIL knowledge/certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
