Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO (Group Reporting) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and financial consolidation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, configuration, reporting, and support of SAP Group Reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with client functional teams to gather business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
- Configure and implement business scenarios in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Participate in 34 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects.
- Monitor month-end consolidation activities, master data management, and data loading processes.
- Configure and manage:
- Breakdown Categories
- Sections and Sub-item Mapping
- Currency Translation
- Intercompany Elimination
- Reclassifications
- Intercompany Matching & Reconciliations
- Consolidation of Investments (Rule-Based COI and ABC COI)

- Develop and maintain Analysis for Office (AO) reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and custom analytical reports.
- Create ad-hoc reports using SAP Fiori applications.
- Define reporting rules and hierarchies.
- Develop functional specification documents for enhancements and change requests.
- Analyze issues,



provide effort estimates, and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and development activities.
- Monitor support tickets and drive timely closure.
- Provide solution-oriented recommendations for business requirements.
- Travel as required based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6 – 8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 4–5 years in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 1809 or higher is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Analysis for Office (AO) reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate GR-1SG Best Practice content.
- Strong configuration experience in SAP Group Reporting.
- Good understanding of financial consolidation processes.
- Experience in creating ad-hoc reports using SAP Fiori.
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practice scope items.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and support enhancements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA or ICWA preferred. Alternatively, MBA, M.Com, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- SAP S/4HANA 1809 or above Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning scenarios is preferred.
- Certified SAP professionals will be given preference.
